Best Pre Workout Drink

Ive just used up the last of the pre workout drink I was using. It was made by fizogen (Blast cycle) it was pretty good, before I get more of it I wanted to see what everyone else recomends

I've had great results with SAN Fierce. It's not the best tasting and only comes in orange flavor, but it works really well. One scoop is all you need and within 15 minutes you just WANT to put your hands on a bar. Cheap too, only $30.

All for that (minus the meth....irritates my bowels).

My best Preworkout meal:
BCAA - 1500mg of l-leucine is my focus
Gatorade - simple carbs and electrolytes (approx a quart)
Caffeine - 200mg
Vit C - 1000 - 2000 mg (inhibits DOMS and helps keep your immune and circulatory system good to go)

hah.......my drink b4 is usually just creatine.....during my workout i take bcaa's wit powerade

I love lee labradas supercharge for pre workout!!! It is the best pre workout supp out there IMO bro!!! i Ussually take a scoop of super charge and put it into half of and endorush!!! It definitely gets u pumped and ready to hit the weights!!!
