Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Again, from what I see your outer lats are thick from the top and stay thick to the sweep where they insert into the waist. It's rare to find that type of development, I think mostly because people use shitty ROM or can not properly work their 'lats' on their exercises. Most every bber has great thickness on the outer upper lats, but as it sweeps into the waist they lose that depth. I have that problem lol..... Rear delts stand out in this pose and that is rare too... alot of guys' rear delts fade on the back lat spread, yours are literally jumping out when I look at this pic. Vascularity is evident too. Looks like those deadlifts (around 700lbs. I believe !!) have done your back good. |
