lol, oh damn man.. that sounds like something that happens to me on a continual basis. I think the rest will do your leg good though, hopefully next week you can start doing some light exercises on legs again. Enjoy the off time. :)

WELL I DECIDED TO TRAIN AT HOME...HAHAHAHAHAH, Nice pump workout.

185 pounds - Flat Bench - 12 sets of 10 (30-45 secs rest)
35's on each side - SkullCrushers - 12 sets of 10 (30-45 secs rest)

THATS IT...AND I FELT PUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMP...

I had to train at the house again today!!!!

Ez Bar Curls with 35 on each side - 15 sets of 10
Crunches - 5 sets 25

WAS A GOOD PUMPAGE!

Damn bro, that is oldschool right there LOL......

Reminds me back in the day when I would do inner grip barbell curls all night long in my room because I wanted thicker outer biceps. haha.

Keep your head up bro. You are looking real tight and huge, vascularity showing in that upperchest. You'll be on point in 5 weeks. Chill, sleep, relax... stay positive!!

Yeah man, nothing beats jail house training bro!!! It's the best!!! Yah man staying focused and positive bro!! My leg is feeling better, Just gonna keep a good eye on it, ice it and stretch and get a good massage here and there for it. I did some legs yesterday (FRI), it went pretty good. Im gonna stay with these machines, Im not gonna do any pressing movements, untill few weeks maybe, All depends on how the leg go's, if not i'll keep with these machines and not worry about the pressing movements at all..This is what I did...

10 sets 30-15 reps Seated leg curls - Last set was a drop set (3 times)
10 sets of 30-15 reps Leg exts. - Last set was a drop set (3 times)
5 sets of 50-15 those girl inner tight machine

I didn't go to heavy, just went for crazy pump and blood volumne...Didn't rest much in between sets, to keep intensity up! After I was done with that, I caughted a crazy crap in my hammy..haha they was filled up with blood I tell yah.
