Hey everyone,

I just want to get on here and back Mitch up.. he's the Real Deal. I've known Mitch for a Loooong time and we've always helped each other with knowledge we've learned from the veterans in this sport. Every year it seems like we've watched our dream pass us by (Teen Nationals) but finally, this year looks to be THE year for us!!! As of right now, I would consider Mitch the front runner for Teen Nationals, he is just too complete. Realistically speaking here, he has me beat in overall development.. a win for him, feels like a win for me, so it's all good. Hell, I think I was more excited about the contest he did earlier this year then he was! haha.. I have alot of expectations for this year, we'll just do our best and let the chips fall where they may. Be checking in this thread guys and give some good feedback, we are always wanting to learn! - Take care

Thanks for the support panda!! Thanks 4ever!!! Means a lot bros!!

Here is how my training is going to go now (12 wks out from nationals)

Monday - Chest,Shoulders,Tri's
Tues - Back,Bi's,Traps
Wed - Chest,Shoulders,Tri's
Thur - Back,Bi's,Traps
Fri - Quads,Hams,Forearms

Abs on mon,wed,fri
Calves on tues,fri

I strained my legs so, that's why im only training quads and hams once a wk with lower volumne, cuz I dont wanna risk injury!! Only thing im doing for quads is leg extensions and for hams is seated leg curls. I had to back off cardio a bit also, to try let things heal...As my leg gets better i'll throw in another leg day with same exercises, then in month and half or so, if im able to do pressing movements, then I will. :)

Man it was a great workout, Felt pumped, full...vascular...Felt awesome...Chest,Shoulder, and tri program is good, with chest movements hit lil tri's with chest incline movements hit a lil shoulders, so setting up like this, gives a prefect pump!
