Rep Power: 0  | The Mass Quest To Become The Best Hello MuscleSci!!! My name is Mitch, Im a teenage bodybuilder from FL... Here's a little background. Me and Don (Panda) are great friends. He told me about this board, So I always came on and scanned thur all the threads. Now it's time to start posing. Don has known me since I was 15 years old ever since then we became great friends...as are friendship grew so did we...I just wanna give a shout out to Don and let him know he's been working hard and it shows!!! Good Job Bro, I hope you come up to the bigboys, and play with me at nats..(and thats not a gay comment..LOL)  ....DIET - on training days - around 400 protein,200 carbs non training days - keep same protein and drop the carbs some and introduce healthy fats. |

Rep Power: 0 | Thanks for your replies guys!!! Sry I was away all weekend, I was out of town. I had to go to the docs!! I strained something in my leg, so i had to remap my cardio training and diet..so i will update u guys tommorow!! |
