Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Thanks you guys. Really, I know perfectly that I will peak when I am supposed to; just putting it out there for the casual reader or perhaps those who don't know. I know some stay perfectly lean in their glutes---I should say evenly lean/fat there, but that is where I stay full looking until the last say.....4 or 5 wks. Then I sort of start to look pitiful in my clothes, like a concentration camp victim. I took 2 night off from the gym 'cause: *the funeral fu*cked my head up *I have had enough 'on days' to earn an off day *I forgot my shorts, came home to get them and by that time, realized the my head was screwed on wrong and I could take the day off. *Mondays are wicked strange at our gym; weird people coming out of the woodworks, lol So, taking advanatage of the time to get organized for a super good Tuesday. |

I did do back and triceps today and had a good session. No cardio, due to max low carbs. What is it about low carbs that makes obnoxious people even morrrrre obnoxious, lol? |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | You're doing great!!! There's not a lot of people in these small towns that understand what you're trying to do, and they don't really care. They'll eat their big mack and get fatter and then make fun of ya for eating every couple of hours even though you're eating the right stuff. People make sport of me on a daily basis for carying in a big cooler with food but they're the ones with the bulging bellies yet I don't make fun of them for it. You're looking hot, keep at it. |

Since I have dropped 10lbs in 3.5 wks, I am still being somewhat cautious with cardio but plan to escalate it soon. Our gym is the busiest early in the week and gets better thru the wk; with Sat and Sun being the absolute BEST bcause there is no one else in there, lol. Last night was a lot better than the night before bcause I was able to focus...Tuesday night, I literally had women having gab sessions in my range of motion, which is frustrating. Oh well, the weekend is coming! Yeah! |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Overall had a great week and I am so excited and happy. Picked Snowflake up at the groomers and he looks like a brand new puppy! So very cute! and he is doing better w/his housebreaking a little, I think. Had a great day at work Friday, free jeans day for St Patricks (we normally wear business attire). When we have jeans day on Friday it seems everyone is just in a great mood. Had a great cardio w/out last night: 3 miles and also tanned; off from the gym. We are doing legs today and one of my last couple splurge meals!!! |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Well, we might retake pics later today, these just did not turn out. It is really dark here and also the battery died. I really enjoyed my splurge meal, however, my digestive system was upset on Friday and also Saturday before I even ate my splurge meal and now it is really screwed up. I know it will clear itself soon...but I feel like shi$t. We had a killer leg w/out and Club Fitness and Nutrition in Springfield yesterday. The cybex squat/press and also the lying hams curl are just the most awesomely smooth pieces of equipment. I spent waaaaay too much $ at Sam's, but all on fish and egg beaters, lol. I am excited though because they had orange roughy and I also got their Jenny-O lean tky which is off da hook. I hated writing the ck for it, but will be thanking myself when I get to eat the yummy stuff and also the results it will provide. Here are a couple pics, 4 wks of dieting. I sware it is hard to see anything with the light, and I did 30x on legs yesterday and also tried to eat my weight in quesadillas, queso, and frozen custard but damn it was good. Only a couple splurges left and when they are gone...we will see the changes quickly. Peace:) |
