Rep Power: 3  | 7 weeks out Europa, Arlington TX Well, 7 weeks out. I am not gonna lie, I have been dieting since February and it feels like it. I am sort of on the home stretch now, though, right? Had a rough last couple weeks, with a kidney infection that comes and goes (mostly comes) and another infection in my toe (that is a long story). Anyway, I know it makes me retain when I have an infection. I had taken some antibiotics, but had a reaction and stopped taking them. I think I will have to go back next week and see what can be accomplished at this point. Also go by the health food store and get some cranberry capsules, that should help. Worst thing is, I think the thermo's are keeping the infection aggravated---so I quit those a few days ago. All in all, feel like crap when I am not 100%....I know that is kinda spoiled. |
