Rep Power: 6 ![]() | rofl mpresiv. FB, I think you made some great points about the constructive criticism... That is something I will work on. I enjoy giving people feedback because I like to recieve any type of feedback myself. However, I still wouldn't feel qualified to give that person advice on how to bring up a weak point, especially if they have been working on it for years and it's just not in their cards to have. It would be frustrating to hear the same thing over and over. On topic: I've seen FB's video footage from AR show in 04' and saw her onstage in 05' NWclassic. Her legs always come in looking sharp and defined. Keep in mind, over head lighting will wash out the lower body, especially natural lighting. It happens to me all the time when I take pics and pisses me off!! I think that's why most people don't like posting pictures |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Well, IF there is something to improve about your quads, and as has been said, these are pics without good lighting and all... Then... Squats. Must squat, with the Barbell. Great for the sweep. Sissy squats. Stand on tiptoe, bring your knees almost to the floor, keeping your thighs and upper body in a straight line that would be tilted about 45 degrees back at the bottom of the motion. Do this in the squat rack holding on to the bar for balance. This will really add definition to the lower quad ared. Leg presses - with slow slow slow motion. 3 seconds up, no pause, 3 seconds down, no pause, 3 seconds up, etc... 3 sets of 8. Incredible for mass. I feel that - again, from the pictures - adding 15% to your quads is what you need to do. One last thing - The rest of you looks GREAT. I especially love your delts. Most figure/fitness girls have crazily overdeveloped delts. And I know it's hard for a woman to grow muscle - except in the quads normally (wink, wink) but these girls show up with grapefruit delts that would be in proportion to someone 30lbs heavier. Well you don't have that, and it does wonders for your overall shape.

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | I have started recently doing sissy's just as you describe. Squats, I have been doing only plie squats. There has always been a inkling that I have 'wide hips.' Even up to two wks before my last show, I got a couple PM's from some wiseacre saying my hips were wide (keep in mind, my measurements are 36-25-35, so it is hard for me to understand that being what you would consider hippy, but you can tell me if you agree w/that or not). I have never done squats as the implication has always been that I should NOT do squats because of my 'hips.' Tell me what you think of that? Thanks about the delts. I still think they need to be out a touch more, especially if I bring out the quad sweep for next year. Thanks for the quality input. |

I think you would benefit greatly by adding squats and hack squats. JMHO | |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | That was my exact thought, DragonRider. I know, believe me that I have a big differential there, lol. All my life it has been near impossible to find clothes that fit me, as I am (to an extreme) one size in hips and thighs and two sizes smaller in the waist. Same goes for shirts. I am a D cup with a 25 in waist and broad back. Things are either tight or pulling open across the chest or baggy in the waist. I always joke that I look best naked, because clothes are so unflattering. |

Seriously though, I think the differential is very obvious. You definately do not have wide hips, just an appearence to an untrained eye. Quote:
