3 Weeks Out Europa

Well, crappy lighting; which is the reason I have NOT been posting anymore update pics....just no good place to do these. These pics, however, do show my overall shape improving and you will just have to take my word on the definition....since I can't find any decent light for pics.

I have been working hard and as per my usual, the last 3 weeks is where the major changes set in.

and a subtle reminder how much the light sucks....because in reality, you can see seperation btw my bicep, delt and tri plus a lot of vascularity....just can't see it in this light. I am only posting these bcause they do in fact show my shape.

I'm on a short break before I start again. I'm about 12 weeks out from my next shows and just maintaining and keeping the weight in control. You're pics just motivated me a little more :) Can't wait to see your updates just before the show. keep us posted.
