1st place Masters Division, 2nd in FigureD!!!

Hey thank you SO much for all the kind thoughts and congrats! I definitely worked hard for the show and was thrilled with the outcome. I definitely improved from the Ronnie Coleman show.....and have hired natural Pro, Layne Norton, who is handling my offseason nutrition and training... it is going to be great.

I will start you out with a candid picture taken right after winning the Masters Division at the Europa last Saturday. This was taken in front of one of the booths at the Expo by Andrew Warren.

Overall, the show was the best experience for me. I definitely recommend picking a harder show to see where and how you stack up against a very high level of competition.

I definitely timed my carbs nearly spot on this time. So much better than the last show. I felt good about it all morning Saturday, because every mirror I prepared in, regardless of lighting...I could see all my veins and knew I was hard and on time.

In the above picture, #105 placed 3rd after me and 107 placed 8th.

I did receive great feedback from the judging. They said that I had the best symmetry of any competitor in the show and that I had the best poise and presentation of any competitor in the show.

No surprises that my weak point is the conditioning in my legs and glutes, which need just a little more hardness/conditioning. The scorecards reflect about half the judges had me first in both divisions, Figure D and also Masters.
