Thanks to all you, I guess especially LL 'heiney' comment, lol, since I continue to work on that and slowwwwwly but surely it is getting there.

CJas, Thanks. I am really hoping to gain muscle and lose more fat over the next 10 wks and just basically stay as anabolic as I can w/OUT drugs. I have ordered some BCAA'/glutamine/cee that I will be taking between meals for this effort; as well just lifting as heavy as I can.

Ya, it's like a night and day from first set of pics at 10 weeks out to now. I think you are in a perfect spot to improve your weak points and not have to kill yourself to get into condition b/c you are almost there already.

Thanks, Panda. My intent is to look like a different competitor. After all, will probably be the same or nearly the same judging panel. Judges are impressed when they see improvement as opposed to just comparing someone who looked the same last time, IMO. Plus, this is what it is all about. I have thrown down this challenge for myself and intend to meet it head on.
