About time you show up around these parts! I read your offseason dieting thread everyday. It's highly motivational, so happy you are signed up here.

Most of these pictures are from when I was like 16yrs old and 17yrs old, taken while I was preparing for the NWclassic (04').

I start my contest prep. MONDAY!! I am so excited, especially since I have someone overlooking every aspect of it. I will do the NWclassic teen and novice division along with the AR Classic teen and open.

Make sure to keep everyone updated with your plans, you are probably the best Figure Competitor in our state right now and alot of Arkansas folks post on here too. :)

I hope your puppy is doing better and look forward to seeing your progress unfold!

Bro you have changed so much from those pics. I have never seen someone at your age with that kind of muscle. NEVER!! You have gotten so much bigger from the last time you competed!! Oh, and them legs are SIC!!!! This year should be very interesting...

You know how I feel about all of this. I've had a good offseason, ate pretty clean and trained really hard on back. This will show on stage this year no doubt.

I ordered parts for a new computer today and we got a new tredmill too. Makes things a little easier getting ready for the show. :)

FigureBeauty, I don't know your exact where abouts but I will be in Little Rock around mid to late March to train with Mpresiv. Maybe you could come out that way and hit a workout too. It would be alot of fun...

Yeah! Lemme know, bcause I love to go to LR and have some peops down there. I love to train at AR Fitness. Are you still teenage, or have you surpassed that group now? I have a friend who just turned 15 and has a lot of potential but needs to hook up w/other guyz w/experience as teen/male. Lemme know:)

Thanks for the compliments! I am planning on doing the Ronnie Coleman Classic and the Jr Nats. this year....I have gained the muscle I needed, I believe and am around 150 at 5'10"; got some good definition, too, so I think I will slide into the RCC w/11 weeks hard dieting. Lots of luck and love xoxo

Damn girl, you are gonna blow the scene up this year. I know you've been working hard non-stop since the last season and you looked incredible... I can't wait to see your new pics and see what you have done! :)

You will be the first to know when I will be making my way down there. Last time me and Mpresiv got together we trained at the Powerhouse gym and that was the best gym I've ever been in... it was a blast too. I'm willing to try AR Fitness though haha.

Yes I am still teenage, 18 yo right now, 19 in April so I gotta make it count!! I saw the 15 yr old last year and he really impressed me... tell me where he is located and how I can get in touch, he has a ton of potential!! Get him on this board and show him what he is up against ;) jk!
