Congrats, don't let it get you down - its done and over with now. Now you know how and when to start your diet and taper down up until contest day. Its a learning experiance - and trust me I know its a bitch to attempt to take off 40+ pounds from bulking in the off-season.

Now its time to enjoy life, relax and love your woman - "Get-R-done" next time brother!
