Rep Power: 10  | what ive learned today that dextrose is really sweet, expsecially when you havent had sugar in a long time..  1 gallon of water is not enough when you been doing 3.. didnt really learn that today since ive know from past expierience.. :beer: 3 grams of ala in the am when you have 100mg pills sucks.. thats 30 pills...  creatine and glutamine taste like crap mixed in water.. 3 times a day  you miss 2 pounds of broccolli when your use to it..  you miss 350 grams of protein when you drop it to 100 grams..  |
