man its been a long time.. come contest time i get ran down and burnt out... im going to try and keep up for the next 7 weeks but its going to be hard...

as of right now im 232.... feeling really good... i started in jan at 280..

budlite and musclesci just decided to sponsor me.. and as i also picked upa a sponsorship from beyond mass...

my show is actually 2 shows in one. a state show and a regional show new this year.. i plan on entering both now with the sponsorships ive picked up..
