plans for this week

water
3 gallons on sat, sun, mon
2 gallons on tues
1 gallon on wed
.5 gallon on thur
1 cup on fri before noon..

carb loading when i beging
300 carbs total wed,thur and fri. 75 grams from dextrose and 225 from sweet potatoe
15 grams of creatine
20 grams of glutamine
3 grams of ala

Are you using any dandelion root or any other type of OTC waterloss product.

What posing music are you using?

Bigman, have you done the creatine before?? I've heard of a few people loading days before a show but I have never done it myself. On my water i always drank around 2 gallons up to the day before and drop it like around 12-14 hours out. Whats your thoughts on this?

BIG,
I'd look into using a form of Kre-Aklyn, if you use monohydrate you may get too much excessive fluid in your skin and as well as water bloat. It'd suck if you hit your peek before the Pre's and spilt over during the night show. Just a thought.

i have never done the creatine. my trainer has done his guys this way with great success so im going 100% with what he says..

his theory is that the creatine and glutamine are going to pull all sub-q water to the muscle like it should and since i wont be putting any water back in i cant spill over.. just get fuller..

i was going to try your method acutally this year till i started working with my new trainer..

im not going to be putting any water back in to spill over.. is it still possiable you think?

nothing over the couinter ;)

grind on me by pretty ricky

and im enjoying everything.. week of depeltion and only 1/2 a bad day and that was today..
