Best of luck bigman. I am wondering, and this is a very stupid question I am sure, but I have read many times and I have spoken to a few men that have found creatine to bloat their stomachs. Have you or anyone you know found this to be true and what are your thoughts (or anyone's) on women and creatine. As a woman, I have a tough time knowing what supps are going to be beneficial, what will be a waste of money and what will be detrimental. The only thing I currently supp with other than the usual high quality protein powders and performance vitamins and minerals, is glutamine. I take one teaspoon in liquid one hour prior to training. I feel that since I began the glutamine I have noticed some growth that I was struggling to get before. Any info would be great. I have ideas on how to mix up my training routine too, to facilitate growth. (Sorry to go on so long
