Rep Power: 10 ![]() | 40 grams of carbs are from broccoli.. i use only oats and sweet potatoe for carb sources.. high carb day i eat 2 3/4 cup servings of oats and 5 sweet potatoes mid carb day i cut out 2 sweet ptotatoe low carb day i cut out i think 2 more without going and getting my journal.. sorry i just didnt feel like thinking when i filled that out the first time.. the protein doesnt change so it was easy. |

| I found out the same thing when I was dieting with the ex for her show. That much protien with the cardio does something to yuor metabloism. I wasn't eating quite that much. I wouldnt' be able to hold that down. All I can say is all that protien with the Broccoli has to turn you into the most foul smelling ball of gas on the planet.
