my new diet..

consist of 456 grams of protein witha 3 day carb rotation

so ed my protein looks like

8am 18 egg white
10am 2 large chicken breast
12pm 2 large chicken breast
2pm 2 large chicken breast
4pm 2 large chicken breast
6pm 4 pieces of fish
8pm4 pieces of fish
10pm 18 egg whites

so much food that i feel like im cheating on my diet. but i love it.. im actually getting leaner and feel my metabolism kicking up as my body temp is actually heating up.. and get this.. he cut all my fat burners.. clen and eca. will add in at 3 week out mark for added boost.. but right now im not missing them..

carb rotaion looks like this
day 1 285
day 2 228
day 3 171

factored into my carbs is 2 pounds of broccoli im eating a day..

for those who cant grow.. try eating that amount of food.. im sure 90% of weightlifters arent eating that much.. that why there not growing.. i never ate that much quality food in my life.. i eat a lot of junk but not aht much good stuff.. if i keep that up off season i should make some awesome gains.

man your gonna shit like a fucking elephant, that is a rediculous amount of food, damn i would puke if i ate that much trying to get to 198.. good luck bro, if it works and if your trainer tells you to do it , then stick with it

i am shitting like crazy..

and so far its working.. im losing fat and probably putting some muscle back on since my caloric intake was so low.. its crazy how the body works..

as far as 198 if i dont make it i dont cause im getting leaner and bigger ed.. so im happy. if im a heavewieght im a heavyweight. ill deal with it.. and bring it as hard as i can..but the way my progress has come this last week with his help as made me very happy..

of course i miss bull.. he was going to help me this year.. i just cant get home to see him.. tell him and sam hi and that i miss them.. but im sure ill see them this week for the funeral

Hey man, That's what I am talking about!

I love the misconceptions of getting ready for a show... I know you'll be hard as nails Bigman. Just let the diet do the job and you do yours which is training hard as hell/cardio. Eating every 2 - 2.5 hours is def. something everyone can benefit from getting ready for a show, you can feel your metabolism start kicking ass.

STAY STRONG AND REPRESENT, I know you are going through some hard times with the loss, it is devastating for me as well and I didn't even know him on a personal level. The days will keep passing regardless, time won't change, focus on the future and add to what he has left behind. He is a man of true inspiration and you have the ability to carry on that torch, as you are in the power to do so.

update on the diet.. my body is adjusting to the diet and the hungry feeling is coming back.. so im eating all that food and fixing to start having cravings again.. this can not be good.. if i contiue to eat like this in the offseason. i can see great changes for me!!!

That's a good sign considering the quanity of food you are eating. Metabolism is starting to pick up real quick. Stay strong.. man, just chug that crystal light and if possible take a nap until your next meal. Keep this thread going!

please explain to me where the carbs you listed are coming from?? all I see is egg whites, fish, and chicken, no way you are getting 285 carbs from broccoli...............????????
