Whats the best form of cardio?

good old fashion running in the hills (what few we have left in san diego), boxing, wrestling, swimming.

I go between a stepper, a treadmill, and an excersize bike. On another note during my sophmore year of college i had a cardio kickboxing class. It was also the first time i blew chunks during a workout. That got my heartrate up faster than anything else. I'de get in another class but i don't feel like spending the money, i'll just stick with the cardio machines at my gym.
