Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: How the HELL... it's gotta be diet and/or training intensity. Remember, your body will learn very quickly to adjust to the stresses you put it under. That's why it's so important to change up what you do, both the types of training you do, but also increasing intensity. If you do the same thing day in & day out, your body will simply adapt to the now "normal" stimuli you give it, and you plateau. I've seen a lot of people think that they need to continue cutting calories. Wrong. While that's OK at first, you can only go so far with that. Change your routine, and go harder (without injuring yourself, of course) so you get increased benefits w/o having to increase the time committment. Push yourself, and you'll start seeing better/more results. Good luck. |
