How the HELL...

do you work out at least 3x/week, 45 min duration, train, and STILL be out of shape?!!!!! :flamingma At least, that's what my stress test showed yesterday!! :(

What type of cardio are you doing. Lifting weights and doing cardiovascular exercise are quite different in regards to reaching target heart rate and sustaining it. What was the reasoning behind the stress test.

When I do weights I have very short rest periods, but I seriously doubt that gets in my target HR. Cardio is either treadmill, with incline, or the Gazelle.....and I use my monitor to make sure I get to that rate....unless it's defective
