It is different for everyone. Jay works abs everyday sometimes twice a day.

For the most part this is true. Most people try in vain to develope abs and will never see them cause they are covered in fat. Allot of males hold fat in that region (self included). Even though you look lean everywhere else the abs won't come out until your b/f is low.

Precontest I do abs ED in the am with my cardio. Offseason I usually only hit them 2x per week.

I'm a pussy, I never hit mine in the offseason and when I diet down, i'll only hit them if they dont start to showing somewhat after 6 weeks of dieting lol

Alot of people train abs for the first one or two years of bodybuilding, then quit because they already have a good foundation and get alot of indirect ab work with heavy compound movements to maintain.
