IVe been using one of those stair machines that the stairs actually roll down and you walk up it, instead of the conventional stair stepper. Its 10 times harder then I ever thought it would be.

...the revolving stairs? THEE best IMO. I always do it w/o holding on to the rails. Then I start with a goal of 120 floors in 20 minutes. When I reach 142 floors I up the time to 30 minutes. Getting 160 floors in 30 miuntes is tough. I have done 174 in 30 minutes w/o holding on or even touching the sides. | |
