Good Cardio equipment?

What are some of the better machines out there to get the job done? There are so many, such as the new Treadclimber, but how is that any different than walking on an inclined treadmill....so what are not rip-offs? I have a gazelle and a good old treadmill, which does incline, manually :(

Its not any different from what I can tell. Its just split into two differnt planes so it looks all fancy. I would and do use a treadmil and do interval training which IMO is the best cardio you can do. Other people have their fav's, but I like it. I see good results with it. I also like the recumbant bike, but I dont feel the total body results like I do with interval training on a treadmil.

What do you do? I usually go between brisk walking and REALLY brisk walking and jogging, but jogging I only do for about 2 or 3 min at a time. I would like a treadmill with an auto incline, but now I've signed my life away on this home gym...my gazelle is not the elite, but I do get my HR up pretty good, but for some reason I FEEL like I get a better workout on the treadmill.

Interval training is the key componate to any exercise program that is targeted to making you faster or stronger for the duration of an eleveated h/r effort or sport. Chris Carmichael redefined interval training when he started coach Lance armstrong to his 5 tour de france wins. Please let me know if you'd like me to suggest a program for you. What are your goals and what do you want to get out of the training? Is the cardio equiptment for your own personal use? What's your buget?

I saw a very similar one where I got my home gym...the store basically was a discounted store for actual machines the gyms use....they are a bit out of my price range, but nice stuff!!!
