| New Member ![]() | I do a pretty intense cardio-kickboxing class every morning -- ive been doing it for about 9 months now and enjoy the hell out of it...it really kicks my ass now, im looking to shed about 15 more pounds and rip myself up nice and good, and i suppose im looking for another challenge. my thought is to do 2 of the one-hour sessions 3-4 days a week... my question is, is it better to do the two one-hour sessions back to back or do one in the morning, and one at night? not sure which would be more effective... thanks for any clarification! |

Rep Power: 1 ![]() | Re: doing two-a-day kickboxing workouts -- overkill? if you do 2 workouts split[morning and night], you will create to seperate spikes in your growth hormone, and as we know growth sheds the fat. Just make sure your diets sorted for those 2 workouts. you should have the weekend to yourself though, you don't wanna burn out your central nervous system out. |
