Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Re: doing two-a-day kickboxing workouts -- overkill? Hey Pryoblue, I also do take the kickbox cardio classes, and yes they are awesome. Im always soacked after a hour of kicking a***. Keep it up ! Make sure you dont overdie it though, swich it up with some other cardio. Spin classes work great too. Total body workout as well.. :-) |

I think it would be good for you , if you switch it up a bit . Try to add some Spin classes to your kickboxing. Instead of double shot of kb, throw a spin class in. Its a absolut awesome, all body workout as well and you'll be burning your 1000 calories per hour too .. Keep it up :-) |
