Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Cardio while bulking? Hey bros, You've all seen my recent pics i'm sure. I know gaining some fat while bulking is inevitable, but I think (not sure what you guys think) that I could drop some bodyfat Is it okay for me to do cardio 2-3x per week 30-45 minutes in the morning, during bulking to lower my bodyfat? I mean i'm not a TOTAL lardass, but I dont like looking this sloppy..What do you guys think? |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | I agree, I've even had a problem with a little cardio even while bulking up. I just like doing 20-30 minutes of light cardio in the AM just to watch up before my workout. Just keep the intensity and you should not hurt your bulking at all.

Rep Power: 11 ![]() | yeah never stop cardio completely, it is good to do it regularly but at a lower intensity and time......i stopped completely last winter on my bulker and when it came time to do it again i was completely out of shape IMO, felt sluggish and fat..........cardio is great for keeping you heart and lungs in good shape while on cycle.....

Rep Power: 11 ![]() | no i agree bro, i am not saying do 30-40 minutes and go really hard but just even walking on a treadmill at a moderate pace to keep your cardio going, i feel that my workouts go much better when i do cardio year round, if i slack off i can tell in my workouts......
