Yes 3-4 times a week first thing in the am, at a low intesity would be fine. I do the treadmill and stair step the incline and speed. I go up to level 4-5 and back to 0 then back up to 6-7 and so on for 30-40 min.

i'm a walker myself. I walked twice a week once I woke up for about 30minutes last semester and it really kept the fat off. Now i'm busy as hell and put on some chub :(

I think cardio is a personal thing. it's just like you workout. You gotta find the balance that works best for you and stick with it. of course it helps if you can find a few different ways to get your cardio. That way you don't get bored.

Would HIIT Training 2-3 times a week ruin you bulking cycle?

3-4 30 min sessions per week is about what I do in the off seson- it will affect size gains minimally and will help keep your training at peak performance- at 297 last year it was hard to go up a flight of steps w/o being winded cuz I completely cut our cardio- it made leg training much harder especially when I did higher reps- had I done cardio I would have had better overall results IMO.

cardio is the most important thing you can do, it strengthens your heart and prevents all kinds of diseases...while bulking dont cut out cardio...just increase caloric intake
