| The funny thing about them giving out their diet secrets, no one would be able to eat all that without having juice to compensate fat for muscle. First of all no average joe could eat all that food without getting sick. second of all no one could eat all that and not become a total fat ass. I really think its important for these pros to list what gears they are using because it totally ruins everything. All of their advice from training, eating to resting means jack crap if you dont know what he's taking. Half of these bastards advice is completly worthless without the juice aspect of it IMO. |
