Chris cook is really a cool, humble guy..watched his documentary on tv a while back and also met him in Feb at the expo in pasadena....his seminar was very informative(focused on working shoulders)..took a few pics of him but none with him---kinda regret it now.

Yeah Zodiac, I think Cook is really cool as well. I saw the same documentary but have never met him. I would really like to meet him some day. He isi one of my top idols in bodybuilding. Any NEW or MORE RECENT pics of him or Matt Duvall would be appriecated.

dont mean to hijack the thread but what channel is the NOC on, is it a PPV event? oh yeah anthony looks great, it would suck to have a shitty jailhouse tat on your arm like he does though, but other than that he looks good. Nasser will also be at the NOC in his first competition in nearly 2 yrs.
