Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Contest Prep. BURNOUT!! Ideas?? Hey fellow competitors, If you have ever experienced this in any part of your prep for a show maybe you could throw some advice my way. When you get burnt out from dieting/training nonstop for sooo long and can't take a break because you are too close to the show, how do you get your mental game back where it needs to be?? Thanks |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Methyl-B12, which is cyanocobalamin's stronger sister, can help generally energize and alleviate some of the symptoms of burnout. That, and universalkits' p-GH has done this for me, but you might already be taking GH for all I know... |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Thanks guys. I am not taking GH but I will look into the Methyl-B12 for sure. I really hate the feeling of burninng out, it keeps happening more and more frequent, makes me so frusturated!! The feeling I am talking about is simply not wanting to do anything, just lay down lifeless and never get up.. no desire for gym/food/anything. It's weird... I hate having to force myself to do every little thing. I'll try the methyl-b12, thanks a ton. |

Rep Power: 10 ![]() | no excuses and just do it... i tell my self or have one of my training partners remind me why im doing this... point blank... i want to be mr oklahoma... nothing makes me train harder than reminding me that i can be mr oklahoma.... i can do anything when i am reminded of that one thing... if you want to get beat by someone who might show up.. you might be the best teen in northwest arkansas.. but that freak down there in little rock dont know you and wants that title of mr teen arkansas just a little more than you.... |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | If I remember correctly, Panda's system just doesn't tolerate thermo's in the traditional sense...which has to be frustrating. When I take thermo's I am like freakin' superwoman in my workout. I guess the best thing I can tell you is that I feel your pain....and suck it up. It takes a lot of intestinal fortitude to make it thru those low carb days without the fake energy I get rom the thermo's so you have my respect, brotha |
