It all depends on how well you can maintain your condition after drying out. Obviously you would'nt have time to sodium load again, so you would have to keep the sodium super low, carb deplete the same, and load up. I would reccomend aldactone to keep the ADH levels super low. There would also be no pizza and ice cream after the show. Believe it or not, aldactone is a good drug to help women avoid some of the masculinizing effects associated with roids. Its used quite often to treat Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome which causes increased adrogen levels. It only makes sense that it would be a good addtion for women. I am going to cut my lasix doseage in half this year and take it with aldactone so I don't have to be so concerned with potassium, and cramping.

Personally, after a show I wanna eat my ass off for a few days.

i did 2 shows a week apart last yr. my trainer gave me that night and the entire next day as a cheat day. i wasn't allowed to "go crazy" and no dairy but i ate my face off (well what my shrunken tummy could hold). i think i came in kinda watery for the second show....BUT it was more the way my trainer approached our last few weeks than the cheat...i know lots of people that cheat that night (or next day) that are fine competing a week apart. depends on your approach, i think!

anyway, i really liked aldactone last yr to dry out. i think you'll like it. but lasix is a lot stronger i think!

my new trainer has a whole new theory so i think i'll be ok w/ that.

decisions, decisions!!!! heehee!

You know what you're capable of! You can plan on doing it, and if you don't feel like you're ready then you can back out. People always remember your latest perfomance. Alot of judges tend to attend or judge all the shows in your area, or wherever. If you're serious about your sport (which I know you are), its important to make every performance your best performance.

Yep, you're right, and I just spent a week on an eating binge while I was sick. I balooned up to 213, but after 2 days back on no carbs I'm back down to 206 from all the water weight I lost. I hit legs today, but tomorrow is shoulders so I will get some pics tomorrow night at work.

Monday I hit chest for the first time in a week and a half, and was able to get 315 on bench for sets of 8, which is good for me considering my bench sucks donkey *&^%.

I'm feeling pretty good about where I'm at for just under 8 weeks out. My quad sweep and calves are up big time from last year, as are my shoulders. My wife actually said I need to start training arms. That made me happy because they stay around 20 pumped with no problem. Her making that comment proved to me that my shoulders have seriously improved as my arms always overpowered everytyhing else.
