Bro, this month in MD there is a great contest posing article that breaks down all the poses.

Plus, if you go to bodybuilding dot com you can download the ironman contest you can watch alot of posing, both mandatories and posing routines. I really enjoyed it.

We found a husband/wife training team, the guy has worked with Dareem Charles before so I figure he knows what he's talking about. I've been working on the posing and going over the dehydration info. . .

Next question, how long to tan, how dark and what products should I look for?

Stay away from Dream Tan, alot of the promoters hate it because it gets everywhere backstage.

I used Pro Tan, Competition Tan in the spray bottle with brush. I started putting 3 applications on a day 3 days out.

Then the morning of the show I applied a heavy coat (using rubber gloves) of Jan Tana Competition Tan (Darkest Constes Color).

With the Pro Tan, don't waste your time spraying it on. Pour it in a bowl and dip the brush and it will go alot quicker.
