| For me it's like this Meal 1: 12 egg whites, half cup oatmeal Meal 2: 8 oz chicken breast 2 cups broccolli Meal 3: 8 oz chicken breast 2 cups cauliflower Meal 4: 8 oz chicken breast and a large yam Meal 5: 8 0z chicken breast or lean red meat and a yam Meal 6: 8 oz chicken breast 1 cup stir fry mix I take a tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil with my preworkout meal |

I make chicken salad and tuna salad and eat it w/out the bread. I don't use a ton of miracle whip, just enought to take out the dryness. Then again i don't compete so a little mayo won't kill me. Also a good way to eat chicken is to buy a roticeri(sp).
