Precontest diet

Precontest diet

i start my precontest diet may 9th, any suggestions fellas?

Maybe you could post what your diet was for a day. To give an example of a precontest diet.

For me it's like this
Meal 1: 12 egg whites, half cup oatmeal
Meal 2: 8 oz chicken breast 2 cups broccolli
Meal 3: 8 oz chicken breast 2 cups cauliflower
Meal 4: 8 oz chicken breast and a large yam
Meal 5: 8 0z chicken breast or lean red meat and a yam
Meal 6: 8 oz chicken breast 1 cup stir fry mix
I take a tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil with my preworkout meal

That's my normal diet on and off season. Just off season i throw in a binge day, and cheat a couple of times a week if i feel like it.

but you don't ever really let your body fat get high do you? you pretty much stay lean all year long right. SO there is not much difference between your precontest leaning out stuff and your bulking gaining mass stuff is there???

thanks bro. Good to see you hit the veggies.
I make chicken salad and tuna salad and eat it w/out the bread. I don't use a ton of miracle whip, just enought to take out the dryness. Then again i don't compete so a little mayo won't kill me. Also a good way to eat chicken is to buy a roticeri(sp).
