Pre Contest With Pure Vitargo

I am not sure how many of you are familiar with the new supplement Pure Vitargo. It has made its way over from Europe and many are reporting much fuller muscles onstage as a result of using it when carbing up. Supposedly 4 out of the top 10 at the 2004 Mr Olympia were using it.

I am looking for some real world feedback from those who have used it pre contest.

I will be doing a dry run in the spring before my early summer shows.

I am pasting the article below as well as the link.

================================================== ========

How to Carb load with Pure Vitargo® for your next bodybuilding competition or athletic event
Carb Loading For Your Next Body Building Contest:

Pure Vitargo acts like a pump and literally pulls water quickly and efficiently into the muscle tissue where it belongs. This “pump effect” gives the body builder that full, round, rock-hard looking muscle that fans, photographers and judges love! Pure Vitargo helps keep the stomach small and tight whereas sugars will distend and bloat pulling water out of the muscle and into your gut. (Sugars can flatten the muscles out! An absolute nightmare for a bodybuilder!)

Here we will go over how to BLOW the minds of the judges and fans by properly loading with Pure Vitargo to give you 1st Place in your next bodybuilding competition!

(1-1.2 grams x body wt.)
220 grams

(1-1.2 grams x body wt.)

Pre-Contest Tips:

*On carb up days, carbs should be taken every 1.5-2 hours throughout the day. Alternate Pure Vitargo with solid carbohydrates. The remaining amount of carbs should be from oatmeal, rice, and potatoes. Stay mainly with rice and potatoes (white or sweet) on Thursday and Friday.

*Keep your sodium intake normal up until Thursday. Don’t add any sodium to your foods on Thursday and Friday.

*Drink 2-3 gallons of water through Thursday. Limit water intake to 16 oz (4oz x 4) up until 2 p.m. Yes, your Pure Vitargo will be like a paste with that little amount of water. Then you should only drink 8 oz for the rest of the evening.

*The majority of carbs on Friday are to be consumed by 2 p.m. After that 200 grams for the rest of the day. You should increase fat intake on Friday evening (red meat). Add some low sodium peanut butter 6-8 tablespoons on Friday night as well.

*By late Friday night you should look like you want to look on stage Saturday morning. Consume 1 serving of Pure Vitargo right when you wake up Saturday morning (again, it will be like a paste with only 4oz of water). An hour or two later, consume a light breakfast like rice cakes and 5 oz of chicken or beef. Only sip water if you need it.

*Your last day for cardio should be on Tuesday. Continue to train with weights through Thursday. Wednesday and Thursday the weight training sessions should be just a few sets of each exercise (light pump), to help fill out your muscle tissue.

**Make sure you start your diet 12-16 weeks out to ensure you have enough time to get to your desired level of body fat (conditioning). If you come to that final week before the show with excellent conditioning, Pure Vitargo will give you that extra edge and help you win that 1st Place Prize!

Stay focused and Make it happen!

Vitargo is BIG over here with most of the top amatures using it to carb load pre contest. However, it is now being superseeded with Waxy maize starch (WMS) which is exactly the same thing only cheaper.
