Lightheavy novice/open division wasn't crazy as expected. To be honest, I don't even remember the competitors that won their class in either division, nothing stuck out to me there. However, the middle novice winner looked very damn good.. he went on to take the overall novice as well.

I think you've been the best middle weight you could be already (imo). Of course we could always be more shredded but I think with the extra muscle you put on going into a LH you will be able to get into even better condition, yet still stay full/thick. You are in a nice spot because with your age the muscle maturity will really start showing in full effect when you get into contest shape. You know... the crazy hard , grainy, paper thin look that takes your conditioning and muscularity to a diff. level. :)

i would like to think i would be a good lightheavy but i guess we will have to see...alot depends on how much muscle i put on between now and then and how my diet goes next year...i think i could still improve as a middle though because last time i weighed in at 172 so thats 4 pounds i could still put on and i could have been in better shape..i think the key is finding that medium where your conditioning is really good but still keep alot of muscle and stay full...i just dont want to make the mistake of coming down to fast and losing to much....in the past ive always been affraid of dieting to long but ive figured out i can still keep my weight up with alot of clean food and come down slow like i need to.

Hey bro, what was the bantamweights name who won the Oklahoma show? I didn't get to watch the rest of the show I was too hungry and dehydrated so I left early to get food and fluids.
