Guest poser Chad Ray Martin

One of my several failed attempts to get a clear picture of Chad, backstage, before putting on his routine.

I've always looked up to the top competitor guys in my state, more so then the Ifbb pros. To me, that's what it's all about. I try my best to follow progress on the competitors in our state and I'd say Chad is the best current competitor ATM. I've watched his training dvd hundreds of time (no joke).. so seeing him in person was surreal. Hell, competitors like my trainer and Xplosion are top notch guys in AR, these are the guys I look up to. Not the pros. I feel like a little kid around these guys, shy and stuff.

That's all I got guys.

Yeah BuffArkie, wish you would've been able to attend the show. It was a damn good one but I understand you had to support your boy in Oklahoma!

Are you going to be attending the LittleRock show??

the oklahoma was a pretty good show to...total opposite of what happened at the NWA...a bantam weight that was totally shredded won the overall at the OK...he looked incredible...its unbelievable how big some of those lightheavies where though...makes me want to try and stay in the middles if i try and compete again...lol..i think i am going to try and make it to the little rock show...hopefully...should be a really good one....you have any idea what matt weighed in at??

A bantam!?!? Wow. That is very rare, I bet he looked crazy.

You def. should move into the LH Buff, I think with your frame you would be very competitive and look just as good as anyone.

Matt weighed in at the upper 160's, I know the exact amount but at the moment can't remember. (diet is working on me lol) If you remember how he looked at the Arkansas state show condition wise, well, he topped that. Glutes were tied in from every angle and striated straight across all the way through. Alot of people want to see him compete again, which is great because as a bber you want them to keep coming back for more. Matt is already working for 07' and he is going to be putting in a really huge offseason.

It'll be cool to see you at the LR show. Hope I can make a good showing :)

upper 160's??...damn he looked alot bigger than that...goes to show you what some good conditioning will do for you...bro as long as you hit your conditioning right you will do excellent!!...what did the lightheavy at the NWA look like??...as far as me...i think lightheavies is where i definetly need to be especially for my height...to tall to me a middle...but as of right now i just dont carry enough muscle to be a good lightheavy...im thinking i would be about 183 now so i would probably just be better off getting down to 176 and in better shape...if i decide to compete next year i think i could gain enough muscle from my rebound i could be a decent light heavy from now on.
