Hey how do you guys get your skin tight after cutting ???

i do everything i can to get mine tighten... i use prepration h, neoprene belt, thimocase, etc.....

you ever try hgh? younger guys have the elsasticity taht older guys dont have anymoree and gh should bring it back

mine never came back after I lost 60pounds 7-8 yrs ago, my mid section skin is still loose

I just got off of gh after a year wanted to give it a break .. I get to this point in cutting then I think is my skin going to tighten up... I only had to loose 20 lbs I think I will try to drop another 10 pound and maybe that will be the remaining lose fat in there and I hope the skin will suck up.. if not back to bulking it much easier LOL!!!

If it is too bothersome, you could talk to a plastic surgeon about a skin resection or skin excision depending upon how much you have to get rid of. Also, you may want to know that sometimes there are abnormal fat deposits that will not go away, especially if you were once heavy.

no its not like that I was just wonder how they get that paper thin skin look

There are topical fat burners that I have heard others say that they like.
