Incredible precontest prep

Try this for your next show. Burns the hell outta fat, rips your back all up. I'm doing this 20 mins a day right now. AWESOME cardio and doesn't beat up your legs like treadmill and bike.

Good idea. Is this the only form of cardio you're doing or are you doing treadmill too?

Contest time my my legs start killing me it's nice to just get on and start rowing. Yes this is all i'm using.

Good idea! I'm thinking I could still do some treadmill or bike on workout days, but this would save me going to the gym on off days just to do cardio. :bigok:

I was watchin the female gymnastics and rowiin away. It's nice to do if you are watchin TV.
