Bro, at 5'11" or so, you will look great at anything over 200. If you were at a National show I would say more size. As long as your conditioning is on point, you won't have any problems. You said you are cramping. I am assuming Lasix? I was told to take 100mg Potassium with every 40mg Lasix. I also reccomend taking calcium and magnesium. I ate the chewable Centrum Multi Vit/Mineral about 3-4 times a day. Your body is excreting everything so rapidly that you don't have to worry about overdoing it. I never cramped one bit and that's all I took was the Centrum chewable, they taste like orange and are really good. I was'nt worried so much about the vitamins, I just wanted the extra minerals. The reason I say a chewable is because most hard vitamins/minerals never get absorbed.
I am still having junk food, but not at the expense of missing out on protein. Last night I had a glass of milk and a piece of pie before bed. However I got up this morning and got on the treadmill, then had eggwhites, and instant grits. I just need to be more responsible with my carb intake by keeping them only in my breakfast, and pre/post workout meals. Timing is key for me. The late night stuff is stupid I know.
