Competitive Posing Assistance

masswithclass recommended this forum and it looks terrific. He's a great guy and solid competitor who will make some noise nationally in the near future.

I am a competitive posing coach in the NYC/LI area. I'm always amazed by beginners who work hard in the gym and dedicate themselves to a rigid diet, then underemphasize the 3rd important element of presentation.

Have a web page of tips at http://www.bodybuildingreviews.net and click on Gerry's Posing and Contest Pointers. Model for the poses (Tom) is a good pal who I advised about his posing for his shows.

Also help moderate a forum at http://www.oldschoolbodybuilding.com where I post weekly articles about presentation.

Feel free to check out the sites and contact me for questions or advice.
Also do free consults for those in the area or video evaluations for those out of area. Learn the poses, practice and good luck.

Posing pointers is a good look. Some people have no clue how to present themselves!

I will be at Teen/Coll/Masters Nationals in Pittsburgh from 7/22-7/24. And also at Team Universe 8/6 and 8/7.

Anyone competing in these shows and would like a pre judge posing consult, get in touch. Have 1 or 2 more openings Friday morning before Masters prejudge, and a couple openings Friday before evening mens prejudge at Team U.

Based on my availability and by prior appointment only.
