Hey guys...just posting some results. I took 1st at a competition here in Illinois. Came in weighing 213, my goal was 215 so I was pretty happy with it. Thinking about moving on to some bigger comps. I competed for the first time back in April. This was my fourth competition.

Thanks Faiz..it was just a small competition at Benedictine University in Naperville, IL. This was my fourth competition but they have all been small local things. I was a little hesistant to jump into anything bigger, but now I'm thinking I might do this NPC qualifier at the end of July.
