It's called "the Battle on the Bluff". It's a fairly new show in Tunica, Mississippi at the Gold Strike Casino. It gets bigger every year. It's a national qualifier if I'm not mistaken. I believe there will be a huge turnout this year. the promoter,Chris Caudy is a top amateur himself so he has used his connections to market it real well. I 'll be in the junior middleweight myself. I can't be in the novice since I already won one and I didn't want to get in the open because I haven't done a show in 4 years. Hell, I wasn't even sure I was gonna do this one till a few weeks ago. Chris Caudy is a nice guy and top competitor. He was being prepped by my pal Mike Horn for Jr USA.

Hope it goes well, and anxious to know how you do.

Yea, I know Mike horn. I won my class in his show in 2000. I wondered if he was still competing.

Mike won super and overall in a qualifier in Alabama this weekend. Saw him and his wife Jan at Jr USA in April and they are doing well. Jan competed
in figure and Mike looked to be huge and in good shape.

Last I know, Mike plans to enter North Americans in September.
