Sienna, Like I said before the changes actually no TRANSFORMATION from 04 to now at 3 weeks out is amazing. My question is what is the differnce? did you change your diet training? if you dont mind sharing what the difference maker is.

Oh i meant from 04-06 there a massive difference. I was going through your gallery after you posted these pics and saw the ones which were 3 weeks out as well ( red posing suit). I'm trying to Say in 04 (red suit) vs now your a whole new person. Whats did you change. Again its huge differnece. A really really good one

it was rough but i went through a bulking phase this winter. I really really think that made the huge difference. you can cut down a million different ways effectively - - but if you don't have the muscle underneith - - you'll always be back to square one. Makes sense?!
