Rep Power: 6 | Damn, thats convenient!! Did you have a good breakfast, or did you stick with low sodium and no fluids?? I toughed it out this year and I looked alot better for it. Alot of guys go out and have a normal breakfast before pre judging.

Rep Power: 8 | this is me.... stubborn as they come...i toughed it out all the way. Zero water until right before the night show i almost went down - pumped up a little too hard when i stood up it wasn't pretty. took a couple of sips - went on stage. as i was flexing my legs the pain started again, the whole time i was trying to talk myself through it. but my #1 trophy made me forget that pain really quickly!! heehee! back w/ pics in a bit!
