Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Had my blood work done today and everything came back normal except what i mentioned above. They drained a pint of blood from me and boy do i feel better, going back every two weeks for 6 weeks to get a pint drawn. Doctor wants to put me on Niaspan. I told her i was going to change my diet and she agreed to hold off on the prescription, have you erev heard of Niaspan? Is appears it would be good for a cutting cycle (LOL) |

| Niaspan is prescription niacin. Used as an anti -lipidemic. Lowers cholesterol. Policosonal works much better IMO.

I would not worry about it unless it goes above 60. 55 is considered ideal for athletic performance. If you want to find more info from an athletic standpoint, search "EPO bodybuilding". This will tell you everything you want to know about hematocrit levels and sports. If you are really concerned you can buy a hematocrit centrifuge for a little over 300 dollars. Another way to keep this in check is to give blood periodically while on a cycle. Good Luck!
