Tennis Elbow anyone had it before..

Doc told me i have tennis elbow anything i can do for the pain and healing process faster...he put me on aniflamatories helping but need to get back into the gym.........

I used to get this really bad when I did cross chest DB curls, love doing them to really hit the outer bi but man they flare me up and it takes a few weeks of babying it for it to go away....

As far as I know its just something you have to deal with til it goes away.
