It's not that I missed the point really. I am just in search of an option of treatment that will not require 32 years of hard work to reverse itself. Some people gain and retain so easily that taking a few weeks off does not affect their size much.
When it comes as hard as it comes for me and you lose it as easily as I do, you look for options that do not require you to quit your cycle (not that that is an option cuz I'm on HRT) or give up working out.

Well if it is tendonitis - there aren't other options other than to grit through the pain and take some collegan building AAS and hope things eventually equalize...you can still use ice / heat / massage / ART therapy / rolfing and a myriad of treatment modalities. BTW I use NSAIDS when injured and am a huge mo fo....they don't turn your body catabolic...they may interfere slightly with protein metabolism but so do many things...what is your injury and we can discuss options for treatment ?

I have some long term tendonitis in both elbows and recently tore something in my right shoulder. It seems to be healing nicely, but I am unable to flat bench to my chest. I can do floor presses though, so it seems I can rehab the shoulder without losing too much that way. I am currently using 300mg of deca and 300 mg of EQ per week to assist with the tendons.

Have you ever worked with someone to do rolfing for your tendons ? Also ice after lifting is a must - I know it sounds silly but look at professional ball players - they all use it to reduce inflammation. I have shoulder issues also and have found intra-articular injections of Aristospan have helped tremendously with the pain and now I can flat bench again

I'm not familiar with rolfing or Aristospan. I'm going to google both.

Aristospan is a depot that is released locally in the region it is injected as an anti-inflammatory - I'm sure you read up on Rolfing....

Any good Licensed Massage Therapist that knows deep tissue work, neuromuscular, myofascial release or sports massage will be very helpful for your tennis elbow. In case you can not find a rolfing or Aristospan practitioner.

It is all dependent on the patient and how they respond - I personally stick to the basics and if they don't work get more aggressive in my treatment
