Rest is the only thing that will help. I have the same problem, in my forearms, shins, shoulders. I usually work through the pain but im thinkin about takin about a week or 2 off to help my body heal.

Yep bro, thats the exact thing that happens to me. It will go away sooner or later, mine hurts especially when im doing barbell curls and preacher curls. I honestly dont know any remedies to help this so im hoping that mabey someone has some good suggestions considering im in the same position as you.

exactly...went to concentration curls after these and was fine, and ended it with hammers and was fine also...i guess the barbells just add more stress b/c of the heavy ass weight?

Exactly....Cold, sounds like some good old fashioned rest will do ya good. You could take something for the discomfort like ibuprofen, but don't go train then because you feel better...you're setting yourself up for a worse injury. Keep stretching it out though while resting. Maybe try one of those icy/heat rubs?....they don't seem to do much for me, but I know some ppl who swear by them.

Well, at least try to eliminate the workouts that aggravate it real bad.....or at least decrease the weights. Listen to your body..if it changes, stop what you're doing.

I get the same thing doing curls. I havnt found anything that works yet except to just wait it out. Mine hurt so bad that after doing curls I have to partially set the bar down and keep ahold of it. After about 15-20 seconds I can let go of it without it hurting so bad.
